Dr. David Tidwell
Dr. David Tidwell received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University School of Health Sciences in Nashville, TN. He then obtained his post graduate Certification of Manual Therapy from University of St. Augustine In Florida. His undergraduate degree is from University of Montana with an exchange abroad at ITESM Technologico de Monterrey en Monterrey, Mex. He has over 16 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Home Health Territory Manager, Physical Therapy clinic director, community leader and entrepreneur. 100% bilingual Spanish/English. He has excellent rapport building, patient interaction skills and bedside manner.
A leader in his industry; Dr. Tidwell serves on the Advisory Board for the Physical Therapy Assitant Program at LoneStar College in Montgomery Texas. Experienced in working internationally, David did one of his rotations at the renowned British Hospital in Mexico City (Hospital ABC) and later participated with Health Volunteers Over Seas to teach American Physical Therapy Modalities to the largest Hospital System in Lima, Peru.
Some of his clinical knowledge and experience includes, Stanley Paris Manual Therapy Certification, Worker Compensation, Titleist Golf Institute Rehab Assessment. Doctor Tidwell has extensive experience in functional rehabilitation of the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ/TMD), shoulder, hip and knee, adhesive capsulitis, post-operative and non-operative spine rehabilitation. In addition to all continuing education courses on rehabilitation, he has taken specific continuing education courses on topics such as; Teacher Training, Clinical Instruction, Complementary & Alternative Medicine, Parkinson’s Rehabilitation, Headache, Obesity, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia, Ethics, Jurisprudence and Working with High-Conflict Individuals. On top of his academic knowledge and hands-on experience, he has a great love for his profession and patient care.
His analytical, leadership, management and teamwork abilities gained through employment experience have provided him with the tools and necessary skills to deliver above average Physical Therapy care and superior results to his patients.

Dr. Nicholas Ball
Dr. Nicholas Ball received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica University in Utica, NY. He received his B.S in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. He has been a licensed physical therapist since 2017 with specialized education during this time in outpatient orthopedics and TMD.
Dr. Ball has been a clinical instructor for D.P.T. students since 2020 to assist with their education and prepare them to enter the field of physical therapy. He enjoys being able to influence future physical therapists and also welcomes the new information they bring with them from their respective schools.
Along with his focus on outpatient orthopedics and TMD, Dr. Ball is also certified in Dry Needling – Level 2. He is always looking for new interventions and methods to bring into his patient care in order to provide the most efficient and effective treatment techniques.
Dr. Ball prides himself on his patient rapport and professional relationships he builds, in order to provide a comfortable and fun rehab environment for everyone.
